Très satisfaite du service ! Mon divorce a été finalisé en 6 mois, malgré le temps que j'ai mis à récupérer mes documents d'état civil à l'étranger, les faire traduire et apostiller. Sans cela, la procédure aurait été encore plus rapide.

Tout c'est parfaitement déroulé. Lorsque nous avions des questions, nous avons toujours trouvé une personne compétente au téléphone pour y répondre. Nous avons dû patienter quelques semaines pour obtenir un rendez-vous dans notre ville pour la signature mais il y avait d'autres villes pas trop loin si nous avions voulu accélérer la procédure. Très bonne prestation, nous sommes très satisfaits et nous recommandons Me MESECI.

Tout c'est parfaitement déroulé. Nous avons dû patienter pour obtenir un rendez-vous sur notre ville pour la signature mais il y avait des possibilité dans d'autres villes si nous avions voulu accélérer la procédure. Nous avons toujours trouvé quelqu'un de compétent au téléphone lorsque nous avions une question. Très bonne prestation....Nous recommandons.

Très bien, cet avocat a été rapide pour la validation des pièces, et le rdv de signature s'est bien passé. Nous sommes arrivés 2 min en avance, par chance, car nous avons été appelé à ce moment là. I had an extremely bad experience with Maitre Meseci. I was looking for help getting my French certificate so that I could get a passport. I paid 500 EUR for Maitre Meseci to get the filings in place, and I was meant to pay the other half thereafter when we received the filings. Maitre Meseci gladly collected the money, and told me that the filings had been made. However, it has now been 18 months that I have been sending him emails repeatedly to check on the status (at least 5 emails spread across the period) with 0 responses. Not acceptable from a lawyer.

Mon ex-mari et moi n'avions pas d'enfants communs ni de biens communs. Le divorce a été prononcé par consentement mutuel. L'ensemble de la procédure a duré 5,5 mois, dont 2 pendant lesquels nous avons rempli le questionnaire et rassemblé l'ensemble des documents. En général, les avocats nous ont aidés sur tous les points, même si, à la dernière étape, ils n'ont pas envoyé de convention au notaire, ce qui a rendu le délai un peu long (j'ai dû appeler le notaire moi-même et régler la situation). Je suis très heureuse que tout soit enfin terminé et j'en suis reconnaissante aux avocats, mais j'aimerais que cette procédure de divorce ne prenne pas autant de temps.

La liste des documents à fournir est compréhensible, le dépôt des documents est facile. La procédure dans son ensemble via le site était plutôt simple. Les délais pour les actes notariés ont été plutôt long. Le fait de pouvoir effectuer la plupart des démarches a distance a été très appréciable. Les diverses attestions (lancement de procédure,attestation de rendez vous...) sont accessibles rapidement. Au niveau du prix, pas de surprise concernant les avocats( payés au début de la procédure), pas de frais supplémentaire,pour le notaire c'est en fonction des biens communs. Satisfait d'avoir choisi de divorcer à l'amiable via ce site.
