Comme d’autres qui ont eu la mauvaise expérience, aucun suivi, aucune réponses aux e-mails bref, un avocat complètement absent. Qui encaisse votre argent mais qui ensuite ne s’occupe pas du tout de votre dossier et ne vous tiens pas au courant de son évolution. Je vais donc entamer une procédure à son encontre car il y a un manquement à son devoir de conseil. Complètement à éviter

Merci pour cette procédure qui était parfaitement adaptée à notre situation (simple et sans discorde de part et d'autre). Le cabinet a été réactif s'est montré en mesure de répondre à toutes nos interrogations. Il s'agit d'un site très sérieux et derrière votre écran, il y a bien un avocat en chair et en os, fort sympathique, que nous avons rencontré le jour de la signature.

Ravie de la procédure de divorce par consentement mutuel sur Alexia. Rapide, simple et efficace. Pas cher et disons carrément "donné" comparé aux avocats de ville qui vous demandent entre 1200 et 2500 euros par personne.

L'Espace Alexia.fr utilisé, est un très bon outil de communication pour toutes les parties (futurs divorcés + avocats) et le personnel qui gère son fonctionnement est réactif et compétent, en cas de question. La durée de la procédure est mieux adaptée, plus rapide qu'avec un cabinet d'avocats, en physique, qui aurait nécessité plusieurs rdv. Je recommande vivement l'Espace Divorce d'Alexia.fr aux personnes qui doivent se séparer à l'amiable (ce qui a été mon cas).

La constition du dossier c'est bien passé. De nous annoncer un divorce en 1 mois n'est pas possible au vu des délais obligatoires entre chaque étapes, de plus le cabinet de Maître Mounien n'est pas très réactif 22 jours pour transmettre la convention de divorce avec un engagement de 3 jours. Le fait de traîner dans la transmission des dossiers le temps passe donc vacances jours fériés n'ont pas arrangé la finalité de la procédure. Je ne recommande pas cet avocat par contre je recommande la plate-forme Alexia

Je voudrais exprimer ici ma satisfaction et ma gratitude envers les services de M. Pasqual Mounien. Dans un moment difficile de ma vie, j'ai dû me déplacer du Mozambique à Paris pour signer mon divorce. Passer par Alexia Pour mon divorce , Mounien a été Un avocat inexistant , en contacte avec sont cabinet qui me répète comme des robots je vais le relancer sans que le dossier ne bouge , du vol tout simplement il fait exprès de ne pas répondre pour forcer à l’appeler sachant que c’est 120€ pour un simple entretient téléphonique avec lui , je vous le déconseille fortement , sauf si vous souhaiter perdre votre argent… j’ai du prendre un autre.si j’avais pu mettre zéro étoiles je l’aurais fait.

Lorsqu'on divorce tout nous semble compliqué, surtout pour celui qui ne le souhaitait pas vraiment. Ce site vous permettra non seulement de simplifier les démarches ( si vous possédez tous les éléments ) mais surtout vous faire économisez beaucoup d'argent.
