J'ai choisi maître Ivan Nacio sur le site Alexia Ça fait des semaines que j'attends une convention on m'envoie balader à chaque fois qu'on me dise qu'on va faire remonter toujours rien alors que sur le site c est 2 mois le divorce la je suis à 3 mois et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma convention Inadmissible Maître nacio fait que encaissé ses chèques Je déconseille cet avocat Si je pouvais mettre zéro j'allais le faire

première partie de la procédure manque de conseil dans la procédure , ce qui m'a conduit à payer 2 fois l'acte liquidatif chez le notaire et perdre du temps (2ans) suite à cette signature beaucoup plus réactif et divorce finalisé.

MAJ au 25/10/2023. 2 mois après mon précédent message, rien n'a avancé. Aucune date proposée. Pire, le site Alexia me demande de payer le notaire le notaire pour l'enregistrement alors que le divorce n'est pas signé. AUCUNE réponse de la part de l'avocat depuis 4 mois. FUYEZ! Divorce a l'amiable via le site Alexia.fr. Au début, tout se passe bien via le site internet et puis vient le moment du déplacement de l'avocat dans votre ville pour la signature... Et la c'est le DRAME. Aucune date de proposée à Dijon depuis presque 2 mois... Résultat, la situation traîne et vous n'êtes toujours pas officiellement divorcé. INADMISSIBLE! Silence radio de l'avocat, aucune visibilité de prochaine date donnée par l'avocat. Un secrétariat qui ne sert à rien. Payez plus cher mais passez par un avocat dans votre ville !

J’ai fais appel au cabinet de Maître Nasio pour la procédure de divorce à l’amiable que mon épouse a lancé. Le prix très raisonnable de 300 euros payable en 4 fois . Le logiciel Alexia permet de suivre la procédure. Une équipe au téléphone très agréable. C’est triste d’en arriver là mais je conseille vivement Maître Nasio très qualifié et professionnel. Bon courage pour vos démarches pas toujours facile à vivre.

Procédure de divorce par consentement mutuel simple (pour peu qu'on ai un peu d'aisance avec l'informatique et l'internet) logiciel Alexia facile a utiliser et intuitif , l'accompagnement est à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut attendre, les délais sont directement liés à notre capacité à répondre rapidement aux demandes de documents. le rendez-vous final pour la signature de la convention de divorce est parfaitement encadré et le coût final est conforme au paiement d'origine à savoir 320€ chacun soit 640€ au total ! pas de mauvaise surprise, je recommande cet avocat et son processus.

Si j'avais pu ne mettre aucune étoile je l'aurais fait. Je suis passé par la plateforme en ligne Alexia, afin de divorcer dans des délais réduits. Cela fait maintenant plus de deux mois que j'attends avec mon ex-conjoint que son avocat Maitre Nasio veuille bien lui transmettre sa convention par RAR postal (prestation que nous avons accepté de régler), après de multiples relances et un secrétariat qui ne traite aucune des informations, notre situation en est toujours au même point. Sachant que ce genre de problématique est arrivé a chaque étape du dossier. Si c'est un divorce rapide que vous cherchez, passez votre chemin !

Tout s'est bien passé jusqu'à la signature de la convention. J'ai cru que j'étais dans une usine à la chaine! Mon avocat n'étant pas arrivé, quelques lignes de la convention a été lue en 5 minutes chrono par l'autre avocat, sans égard! Mon avocat est arrivé après 45 minutes de retard en s'excusant certes mais nous a signé la convention debout dans le couloir de l'accueil, c'est lamentable!! Même à l'amiable c'est un moment difficile, alors s'il vous plait ayez au moins un peu d'empathie!!! Je recommande quand même le site mais avec une amélioration lors de la signature

Trop lent, le film flash sort au cinéma dans moins d'un mois, je conseil le cabinet d'aller le voir pour s'inspirer de la vitesse d'exécution. Supplier pour une date alors que tout a été réglé, il n'est pas mon avocat mais celui de mon. ex-epouse et d'après mon avocat c'est lui qui bloque le processus depuis plus de 6 mois, à fuire.

La procédure s'est très bien passé, un peu plus longue que prévu, mais nous avons bien signé notre convention avec les avocats. La procédure est relativement simple à suivre via la plateforme, et beaucoup moins cher qu'une procédure classique. Merci à Maître NASIO pour son aide et sa bienveillance.

Bonjour, Je suis très insatisfaite de l'espace divorce d'Alexia.fr. C'est de la publicité mensongère. On vous dit "divorce en un mois" mais c'est plutôt 4. Toutes les fois où nous avons du appeler la plateforme, nous n'avons pas eu de réponse et pour finir la dernière fois, on m'a même raccroché au nez. Pour obtenir notre attestation, c'est nus qui avons du contacter nos avocats directement sur leur boîte mail.
